Once your Mordhau server has been configured correctly, you can start your server for players to connect and play. The recommended way to connect to your Mordhau server is by using the in-game server browser.
Obtaining your Server Name
In order to identify your server within the server browser, you are required to know your server name. The server name can be set in the MORDHAU Server Settings section of your Multicraft control panel.
- Access your control panel.
- Navigate to Files > Config Files.
- Open MORDHAU Server Settings.
- Locate the Server Name option, we recommend changing this from the default value. After making file changes, ensure you Restart your server.
Using the Server Browser
The recommended way to connect to your Mordhau server is by using the in-game server browser.
- Open MORDHAU.
- Navigate to Fight > Server Browser.
- Enter your Server Name, and disable the filter options. Ensure that ALL has been selected in the Game Mode dropdown.
- Select your server, and click Join. Enter your password if required.
- (Optional) Add your server to the favourites list, by clicking the star next to its name, to make it easier to find for any future connections.
