Eco server owners are able to password protect their server allowing them more control over who can join their server. After configuring a password on your server, only those with knowledge of the password will be able to connect. It is also possible to adjust the visibility of a server to remove it from the in-game server list meaning players will only be able to direct connect to a server.
Adding a Password
A password can be added to your server using the Eco Server Settings file in your server's control panel.
- Access your control panel and Stop your server.
- Navigate to Files > Config Files.
- Click Eco Server Settings.
- Enter a password in the Server Password field.
- Save and Start your server.
