The default XP rate in Eco is designed with the idea of dozens of players in mind, however, if you're playing with a small group, you may find that the XP rates are extremely slow for your group! Raising the XP rate of your server allows players to gain levels at a faster rate and progress quickly.
Changing the XP Rate
You can increase the base XP rate inside using your EcoSim.eco configuration file, found in your Multicraft control panel.
- Access your control panel and Stop your server.
- Navigate to Files > Config Files.
- Click EcoSim.eco (normally found on page 2).
- Scroll to the bottom of the file until you find the BaseSkillGainRate field.
- Change the number to any number above 0.0, the in-game XP rate will be multiplied by this number.
- Save and Start your server.
