How to Configure Reserved Slots on your Eco Server

Eco servers include a feature that allows server owners to reserve a certain number of slots for specific players ensuring that they are always able to join the server. This can be used as an additional perk for donators or to ensure that there is always a slot available for staff to join.

Reserved slots do not increase the overall slot limit, instead, it reserves a configurable number of slots within your max player limit.

Configuring Reserved Slot Amount

To configure the amount of reserved slots, you must access the Eco Server Settings found in your Multicraft control panel.

  1. Access your control panel and Stop your server.
  2. Navigate to Files > Config Files.
  3. Click Eco Server Settings.
  4. Enter the number of slots in the Reserved Slots field (This cannot be bigger than your max player limit).
  5. Save and Start your server.

Giving Players Reserved Status

A player must have the reserved status in order to use a reserved slot. To give a player reserved status, you are required to add their username to the Reserved List in your Eco Server Settings.

  1. Add your desired player name to the Reserved Players List option(separated by commas).
  2. Save and Restart your server.
