Backing Up your Save
Currently, Update 8 is only available on the Satisfactory Experimental branch. This means that there will still be potential world-breaking bugs. If you already have an existing save we highly recommend making sure that you have a backup of your world save before updating your server.

In order to play Satisfactory Update 8 on your server you will need to select the Satisfactory Experimental server type in your server's control panel.
