Risk of Rain 2 offers a unique cooperative experience that you may wish to only experience with your friends. By default, all servers are connected to the public server list and displayed for anyone to join. This configuration option will prevent any unwelcome players from connecting to your server.
Setting a Password
A server password can be set through your Risk of Rain 2 Server Properties file located on your server's control panel.
- Access your control panel and Stop your server.
- Navigate to Files > Config Files.
- Click Risk of Rain 2 Server Settings.
- Locate the Server Password field, and enter your desired password.
- Save and Start your server.
