HOW TO FIND YOUR SERVER IP
In order to join your Team Fortress 2, you’ll need to find your Server’s IP address:
- Login to your control panel.
- Copy the numbers in the Server Address field. Make sure to copy both the IP and the port.
HOW TO JOIN THROUGH STEAM FAVOURITES
You can join your Team Fortress 2 server via your Steam Favourites by following these steps:
- In the Steam client, navigate to View > Game Servers.
- Click the Favourites tab, then click Add server by IP.
- Paste the Server IP into the popup box and click Add This Address To Favorites.
- Select your server from the list and click OK.
- (Optional) Enter your Server Password if one has been set, and press Connect.
- (Optional) Enter your Server Password if one has been set, and press Connect.
HOW TO JOIN THROUGH TF2 CONSOLE
You can also join your server using the in-game console.
Note: For this method to work, you must first enable the in-game console for your TF2 client. Please refer to our guide: How to Enable the In-Game Console for Your TF2 Client.
- Open the console by pressing the ` key.
- Type
connect <SERVER IP>and press Submit.
