Every SCP: Secret Laboratory server comes with the ability to ban, preventing unwanted players from connecting to your server. Similarly, you can also unban a player if you find the need to do so.
Finding a Player’s User ID, Player IP, or Nickname
You will need to locate the user ID, player IP, or nickname of a specific player before you can ban them.
- Open the in-game Remote Admin Panel.
- Navigate to the left column labeled Players and select a player.
- Select Player spec. Info and click Request IP.
Ban and Kick a Player Through the Remote Admin Panel
The Remote Admin Panel allows administrators to perform administrative tasks without the need to enter any command.
- Open the in-game Remote Admin Panel.
- Navigate to the left column labelled Players and select a player.
- Select Kick/Ban in the Actions column, then choose the ban duration and reason
- Click Request.
Banning a Player Through Console Commands
Console commands can be run from your control panel or the in-game console.

Unbanning a Player
Unbanning a player is simple, you only need to run one command in the Text-Based Remote Admin Version.
To locate this, open the in-game Remote Admin Panel and select Open the Text -Based Remote Admin Version at the bottom of the screen.
Run the following command to unban a player:
