For any SCP: Secret Laboratory server, administrator is a powerful tool that will allow greater control of your server. It’s very simple to add admins through the use of roles in your server configuration.
Once a player has been granted permissions via configuration, they will have full access to the Remote Admin menu, allowing them to manage your server effectively.
Adding an Admin to your Server
- Log in to your control panel and Stop your server.
- Connect to your server via FTP.
- Navigate to
.config/SCP Secret Laboratory/config/<ServerPortNumber>/config_remoteadmin.txt. - Enter your SteamID64, replacing the placeholder number next to the rank you wish to give yourself.

- Save and Restart your server.
